Styling of the interior is of a contemporary styling with an overall use of standard

veneers, semi-gloss finished with accents in wall panels, combined with natural and fresh colored fabrics. Tabletops are executed in marquetry of standard veneers. Bathrooms executed in a selection of standard veneers and marble floors and countertops.

The minimum clear headroom above wooden construction floors to finished ceilings in principal areas is to be:
