TOP FIVE can accommodate up to 16 guests in 6 cabins. The master cabin, the largest cabin on the vessel has a king sized bed with his and her walk-in closets and en suite bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. The VIP cabin is the second largest cabin with a king sized bed, his and her closets, a bathtub and shower. The two aft cabins both have king sized beds, closets and showers. The two forward cabins have double beds, a single bed Pullman, port side cabin with bathtub and starboard with a shower. Both cabins have ample closet space and storage. The crew have separate quarters that are located further forward. The crew can access the guest cabins through a walkway for housekeeping purposes. The elevator can access all four decks from the guest cabins to the sundeck. WALKTHROUGH TOP FIVE was built by an exceptional team at one of the premier yacht builders in America, Christensen Shipyard in Vancouver, WA. She was built for a knowledgeable yachtsman with close relations to the shipyard. She was commissioned and used by her second owner where she was kept in pristine condition for six years. Her current owner of 9 years has kept the tradition of keeping TOP FIVE highly maintained by the exceptional Captain and crew. The beautiful contemporary interior of this vessel was designed by interior designer Carol Williams & Associates and handcrafted in-house by Christensen. Outstanding features include striking walnut walls and cabinetry and some of the world's finest marble inlay and stonework. As you enter TOP FIVE from the starboard side through the formal entrance, one will reach the foyer to find stunning marble floors, beautiful spiral stairs and an elevator that services all decks. A spacious main deck with a well appointed day head is located in the forward section of the foyer. Further forward is the on-deck master suite entered through a private owner's study. As you go up to the skylounge deck via stairs or elevator, you will find a spacious and comfortable skylounge with ample seating, entertainment, a sunken bar with large comfortable chairs and huge windows throughout. Forward of this section is the upper deck foyer with day head. Passing through the foyer one will reach the bridge/control center equipped with state of the art navigation and communication equipment. One can enter from the aft deck into the main salon where you will find a huge salon for relaxing and entertaining with large windows on either side allowing unimpeded views. Forward of the main salon is the formal dining area for 12. Continue forward past the dining to reach the foyer. This area is also accessed through the formal entrance on the starboard side of the vessel. TOP FIVE has the most spacious outside deck space of any vessel of its size. The main deck offers seating tables, bars and comfort with the lower deck having a full covered walk-around. The upper deck offers wonderful seating areas, covered dining for 12 and roomy entertaining areas. The sundeck has a covered bar with seating for 9. In addition, the sundeck, with some modification, could offer a touch n go helicopter pad. |

TOP FIVE has been kept up to the highest yacht standards from her launch in 2005. In 2017 she had exterior paintwork done and redid all the marble outside. A 15 year special ABS survey has been completed. This vessel is by far the best value in a six stateroom yacht. Her beautiful light and airy interior gives a feel of being on a much larger vessel. TOP FIVE's huge outside space is perfect for lounging or entertaining and is set up perfectly for charter or private use. |
